Dear Patients,
Due to the recent health concerns with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we wanted to let you know that our clinics will remain Open until further notice. We will continue following the CDC Disinfection & Sterilization Guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of our patients to receive the medical treatment they need.
Dr. Harper feels that it is safe enough for you to continue coming into his clinic for your appointments, and is encouraging patients to take precautionary measures to avoid getting sick: such as washing your hands more frequently. We always offer hand sanitizer in the common areas of our clinic, and ask that you utilize those as you come in and are leaving your appointments. As of right now, none of our staff are showing any symptoms of the virus and to the best of our knowledge, have not been exposed to those who are showing symptoms.
We understand that many patients still have concerns about coming in and want to reschedule or cancel their appointments, we kindly ask that as you change your appointments, to follow our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Some of our patients may be experiencing Financial Hardship due to being out of work to prevent the spread of the virus, and we want to extend a helping hand in any medical billing issues that may come up in the next month from our clinic. If any patients are unable to pay their balances in full, please contact our office and we will help you set up a payment plan. If any patients are unable to use their health insurance for future visits, we do offer Self Pay prices and strive to provide excellent treatment for a fair cost.
